Dr. Nancy Wayne has over 20 years experience lecturing and leading workshops. She has enlightened, educated, entertained, and transformed the trajectory of people’s careers:

  • Leader in creating and implementing diversity programs

Dr. Wayne created and leads the successful UCLA Women in Science Workshops for professionals, students and trainees, and administrators to help women overcome barriers in their careers. Dr. Wayne developed these workshops based on her own experiences and those of her women colleagues. Women Advancing Together® (WAT) brings these workshops to a wider audience of women working in a man’s world across all fields. The workshops are a powerful and engaging way to learn about strategies for coping with common problems that face women:
