Vision

Gender bias and discrimination are pervasive in education and work. This leads to fifty percent of our population being disenfranchised from achieving their goals and ultimately limits the contributions of women in the workforce. Gender bias and discrimination hold back talented and capable women from becoming leaders in their fields. This societal problem requires systemic solutions and changes in individual awareness and behaviors. Women Advancing Together® works with women, male allies, and institutional leaders to provide practical, goal-oriented, evidence-based tools and best practices to help overcome gender-based barriers in the workplace.
